The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a home that's simply outside of your price range. Loan pre-qualification prevents this from happening, and you can focus on finding a home that not only meets your criteria, but most importantly, your price range.

After searching for properties online and seeing the ones you really like in person, we sit down and decide which one is right for you!

MAKE AN OFFER

We give you our professional opinion on value and help you write a competitive offer, which is very important in a competitive market. Fortunately, we are experts in this market and you can count on us to always do what is in your best interest.

Once you've accepted the offer, we'll schedule an inspection, appraisal and mortgage approval. Not only to negotiate the price, but also to review and comment. This might sound overwhelming, but we're here to simplify the process for you.

CLOSING TIME

On the closing date, the final documents will be signed and the property will be officially handed over to you. You receive the keys and that's it, you are officially the new owner!
