Joanie is one of the first real estate professionals in Cabo. She once came to Baja for a vacation more than 30 years ago, and stayed ever since. Her love for this piece of paradise on earth is still lighting with the same flame. Joanie strives to be the best at everything she does and her results show that too. Recently she has been awarded as Coldwell Banker Riveras Top Producer for the 10th year in a row, and she has earned many designations as Coldwell Banker top producer in all Mexico. Joanie is also a CB Global Luxury Specialist.

She helped develop Andalaya Condominiums in Pedregal, and is involved in the Humane Society. Her love for life, people and animals, show the dedication and great character she is.
