Álvaro is a dedicated, full time real estate professional in Todos Santos since 2007, with Coldwell Banker since 2008.  Alvaro came to Baja for a vacation winter of 1999, and they decided to make this place their home. TodosSantos and Pescadero offer plenty of opportunities for work and play, yet maintain a layback lifestyle while offering most of the modern conveniences, a seasoned traveler would expect. Todos Santos is a true Oasis in the desert on the Pacific and owns a home held in Fideicomiso since 2002 and lives full time since 2000. 

Alvaro’s love for his community, strong work ethic strives to be attentive to his clients and neighbor’s needs. He has been consistently awarded by Coldwell Banker Riveras' recognized locally and throughout Mexico as top producer. 

Alvaro specializes in the Todos Santos &  Pescadero areas, recently sold Todos Santos Inn, representing both sides, one of the areas biggest sales.
