From the living area a door closes off the master bedroom/bath area. To the right is the bedroom and to the left is the bathroom. Two narrow windows bring in the cool air either side of the bed and two 5' windows that view the sea. The bedroom is oversized so a desk could be placed under the windows. There is even enough room for a free-standing large armoire.

A short distance from the bedroom takes you to the oversized bathroom. It has a beautiful granite sink top that sits atop more Perota wood cabinets. There are 2 banks of drawers and a door unit under the opaque sink that is lighted from below. The light allows the bathroom to be just right for making nighttime travel easy without night lights. The walk-in shower has a glass block window and a large bench seat and corner shelving. Off the bath is a large closet with shelving for folded clothes above and shoes below. The bedroom has its own a/c unit as does the living room. There are 3 one of a kind wall light fixtures for subtle lighting. One in the alcove to the bedroom, one over the tv area and one over the king size bed in the bedroom. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms, and two in the living area. Special hidden lighting on the ocean viewing porch sets off the beam structure that supports the roof. Roofing is Spanish tile that was installed with a rustic touch to emphasize the Mexican flavor of this house.
